We begin with an elevated seasonal tea ritual—herbal infusions, adaptogenic blends, and light, nourishing bites—designed to gently support the nervous system and invite presence.
From here, we move into quiet reflection, intuitive tarot readings, and a grounding hand massage ritual. A space for women to exhale, to receive, and to return to themselves.
