A day to gather yourself back.

Rewoven

A one-day retreat to release the year and return to yourself.

Sunday 29 November
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Temple Retreat, Pullenvale

Investment: $330
Includes seasonal lunch, nourishing refreshments, creative materials and all practices.

Before the year gathers pace, take a day to receive.

Rewoven is an intimate women's retreat to pause, restore and reconnect with yourself. Not to fix anything. Not to become someone new. Simply to return to what has always been there.

Through restorative movement, creativity, reflection and embodied practice, you are invited to release what you have been carrying, replenish your energy and come home to a quieter sense of yourself.

The Place

Held at Temple Retreat in the rolling green hills of Pullenvale—twenty minutes from Brisbane, but a world away—this day offers space to slow down, breathe and simply be.

Ten acres of private sanctuary. Subtropical light filtering through the trees. A pace that feels different the moment you arrive.

The Day

The morning begins with restorative yoga woven with gentle Biodynamic Craniosacral Touch Therapy—hands-on bodywork for deep rest and renewal.

An intuitive art practice follows. Using botanical imagery, natural textures and creative collage, each woman will create a personal three-card oracle as a reflection of the season she is leaving behind and the intentions she is carrying forward.

A long-table plant-based lunch by Yoke Kitchen, eaten slowly.

An afternoon reflection circle exploring feminine wisdom, mythology and embodied intuition.

A closing sound bath to settle everything in.

The day is woven with space between each practice. Time to walk the grounds, sit with what surfaces, or do nothing at all.

Your Guides

Sonja Mapleston (yoga teacher and retreat facilitator), osteopath Yana Haseya, and author and scholar Dr Joanna Kujawa.

Together they hold the day so you do not have to hold anything.

What You Leave With

A quieter mind. A softer body. A renewed sense of creativity and possibility.

Is This For You?

You have been carrying a lot and you are ready to set some of it down.

You want to slow down but a longer retreat is not possible right now.

You respond to gentleness—movement, creativity, stillness—more than intensity.

You want to close the year with something intentional, held by others.

A Small Gathering

Small group only, so the gathering stays intimate and deeply held.

If you have been longing for a moment to pause and reconnect, this is your invitation.

Come home to yourself.
